Over 60 cops accompany Dalit groom’s wedding party in Gujarat’s Sabarkantha

Dalit groom in Gujarat’s Sabarkantha locale was flanked by more than 60 police officers during his wedding parade on Saturday. Obviously, the wedding parade bore striking similarity to a police banner walk.

It is astounding to realize that this Dalit groom was no political pioneer. The police cover gave to him to the course of his wedding was authorized by the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

“The parade for the wedding of Naresh Vankar’s child Durlabh went off calmly with the help of residents,” Sabarkantha DSP DM Chauhan told news office PTI.
